Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel

The rooftop staff made our visit especially pleasant. Brunch was officially served only until a certain time, but the gentleman at the rooftop reception let us stay, seated us without any fuss, and arranged a lovely table. He was very polite, professional, and welcoming. Hotel Danieli also has an elegant, timeless feel, and the terrace gives you a breathtaking panorama over Venice. It’s a wonderful spot for breakfast or coffee, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great view and thoughtful service.

Heitor from the Concierge was attentive and offered helpful suggestions for local food and sights to explore. My summer stay at Hotel Danieli was memorable, with very professional service and a room that had a balcony and panoramic view. The historic property feels like a traditional European palace, with rich character and details throughout. I look forward to coming back.

A great vacation at this historic, iconic hotel, with some of the best views in Venice and impeccable service. Concierges Hector and Moira were very helpful with tickets and transfers, and Sylvia at reception was stellar. Six out of five stars, every day. Recommended.

The terrace breakfast was a highlight, with a breathtaking lagoon view. If you’re lucky, a little feathered visitor might even join you for coffee. Hotel Danieli has such a grand, historic feel that it’s more like a beautifully preserved palace or castle than a regular hotel. It’s a Venetian treasure that really does live up to its fame, and the setting has appeared in plenty of films, including Moonraker (1979). The staff were consistently friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable and elegantly designed, with historical charm alongside modern luxury. A magnificent, memorable stay.
