Getting dropped right at the hotel’s canal entrance by water taxi made arrival easy, though the ride can be expensive. For us, the extra cost was worth it to reach the center without hassle. The hotel is ideally placed in the heart of St. Marco, with the central islands all walkable. Breakfast had limited options, as is often the case in Italy, but it was enough to get the day started. I’d book on the hotel website next time, since the service and value seemed much better than on the usual booking sites.

Venice won me over completely. Its history and landmarks like St. Marco Basilica and Doge's Palace are part of it, but so are the people living here, performing at Teatro La Fenice, serving wonderful food, and welcoming visitors so warmly. I’m grateful to everyone who lives and works in the city. Hotel Ketto Venice made the stay even better. It’s beautifully decorated in a classic style, with an ideal spot for reaching the main sights and great restaurants just around the corner. Our room was clean and pleasant. The pillows felt too firm, but housekeeping brought softer ones right away when I asked. The reception and restaurant teams were polite and lovely. Special thanks to Kelly, Mattia, Francesco, Michele and Gianpietro for making us feel so welcome. We hope to stay at Hotel Ketto again.

The staff were really pleasant, helpful, and polite, and the location is great. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, though I personally didn’t like the coffee. It’s a small thing, but one I think they could improve. Would I recommend staying here to friends? Probably, yes.

We’ll be back. The room was clean and spacious, the coffee was very good, and breakfast was okay. There are great shops nearby, and the location puts you close to all the major sights. Honestly, a great hotel with excellent customer service.

The location is the big plus, just a short walk from San Marco and loads of restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly, but the continental breakfast was pretty basic. My room looked a bit scruffy and could use some attention, so I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel. The bar was never open, there was no room service, and the tea and coffee in the room were extremely poor.
