Just as we were about to arrive, an email came saying there was a problem with the hotel we'd booked and telling us to cancel for a refund. That disrupted our trip significantly. I strongly advise against booking here.

We found somewhere else because this place didn't feel secure. The room wasn't ready even though we arrived after 14:00, and after several phone calls we still had to wait to get in. We were eventually told to collect a key from an open lockbox, so anyone could access it. Payment was cash only, with no receipt. The property was dirty and neglected, with water damage coming away from the ceiling, and the photos were old and misleading. Terrible, avoid it.

Be careful, I wouldn't recommend this place. We waited an hour for the room, then they asked for another 20 euros in taxes. There was no heating, soap, or toilet paper. The main door was left open, and the people around seemed questionable.
