The furnishings and bathrooms were spotless, and the hospitality was six-star. The residence is in a historic building on a high floor, with a spectacular view. There's an elevator! 👏👏👏👏 I'll definitely return, and I'd recommend it at different times of year too. Sorry about the photo: the sun was too strong to get a good shot facing the bell tower of San Marco, and I didn't have my SLR with me. 😭😭😭

The owner was so kind, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was wonderfully warm, and just a few steps from the center. Fantastic, thank you.

The air conditioner helped me get out of the heat, and there was a TV, gas stove, refrigerator, shower, and toilet. I liked being able to stay right in Venice and experience the city's atmosphere. Still, the bed was dirty, curtains torn, cabinets broken, and blinds didn't work. I also had to pay 20 EUR for some kind of cleaning, which made the price higher.

Great location, and the place was very comfortable. Both bedrooms had air conditioning.

It's old, but comfortable and well equipped, and the location is excellent.
