The balcony was lovely, and the location was peaceful while still close to the main attractions. Everything was very clean. It worked well for three couples since the rooms are separate and don't share walls. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while the third doesn't. A few practical notes for Americans: there's an electric washer but no dryer, and no built-in oven, just a small microwave/convection unit. The dining table fits six, though the sofa is uncomfortable and seats only three. Our host was incredibly kind and gracious, and we enjoyed the stay. We'd come back!

A lovely spot for discovering Venice, with easy access to the Lido and islands. The apartment is central, pleasant, and well air-conditioned. Our host was perfect and gave us excellent information. It suits three couples, or a family like ours with three or four children. The balcony railings are spaced too far apart for children under four or five, and there isn't a single bed. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, which matters for older guests or anyone with reduced mobility. It wasn't an issue for us, and that's normal in a Venetian apartment.
