Locanda del Ghetto

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal for the Jewish Quarter, just a minute on foot from kosher restaurants and the Chabad House, with its daily prayers and Shabbat meals. The train station is a short walk away, and Piazza San Marco is about 20-25 minutes away. Our hosts were welcoming and kind. The place was warm, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but everything worked and was kept clean. Breakfast is simple and sweet, with fresh baked goods from the kosher bakery, which is great for observant Jews.

Set in a quieter part of Venice, right in the old Jewish Ghetto, this place was a real pleasure to stay at. Our hosts were kind and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean, well equipped, and spacious enough. We'd confidently recommend it.

The gentleman at the front desk was really good at his job. We had a great time here, and the location made it easy to explore the island. Along the canal to the north, there are lots of nice spritz stops.

We felt the apartment was in a very safe spot, tucked into the Jewish neighbourhood. It's a calm area, away from Venice's bustle, but only a five-minute walk and one bridge from all the fun. The hosts were lovely and quick with recommendations, including local tips that came in handy. Great location, service, and cleanliness. I'd definitely recommend it if you want quiet surroundings close to the main attractions.
