The location is great, as other people have said, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. I was put in a room called Annexe, in a separate building on the third floor, and ended up moving elsewhere for my second night. It was noisy, with thin doors that let every sound through, and the room barely had anything, not even a kettle. The room in the Booking.com photos looked very different. After a sleepless night, I didn't feel safe there and chose to leave. A horrible experience.

The bed, breakfast, and A/C were all perfect, and the owner was very nice to us. The location is very good too. I'd give it 4.5/5.

We had a lovely breakfast brought to our room and communication was good. The location is perfect, though it could be cleaner and there was an unpleasant smell.

The host was nice, though I'm not sure they spoke English. The rooms were okay, but the bathroom smelled bad, and there wasn't a terrace like the pictures showed. The location is perfect, with San Marco within walking distance.

The top quadruple room gives you a fantastic view over Venice's rooftops. It's a lovely, cozy little B&B in the heart of the city, with a friendly, helpful host and good breakfast with great coffee. I'd recommend it to anyone. They didn't have drinking glasses, though, so we drank wine straight from the bottle.
