Mario Apartment 5012 is conveniently located in Venice, just 500 m from Ca' d'Oro, and has free WiFi throughout. The apartment has one separate bedroom, plus a kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. Rialto Bridge is a nine-minute walk away, while Venice Marco Polo Airport is 7 km from the apartment. Cannaregio is a good area for walking, taking in the scenery, and photography.

The apartment itself is nice, but construction was still going on while I stayed there. There was noise from 7 am, which I didn't think was very considerate.

Loved it. Step outside the front door and there's beautiful water right there.

The host was friendly and helpful, and there were even salts and spices for cooking. The main sights in Venice are all easy to get to, within about 15 minutes. The one problem was a strong musty smell when we arrived.
