Arianna was so kind, and the apartment itself was a great place to stay. We were four, two adults and two young women, for three nights in early November 2022. It was spotless and clearly very well cared for, with a properly equipped kitchen for cooking or just sorting out breakfast. The bathroom was impeccable, and the modern heating and air conditioning worked well. There isn't much of a view, but it was peaceful with no outside noise. The San Samuele vaporetto stop is nearby, and Piazza San Marco is about a ten-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

The apartment is tucked away from the main tourist routes, while still being in a central part of the islands. That gave us a chance to enjoy Venice's charming, almost fairy-tale and mysterious side, and exploring from there made it easy to fall in love with the city. The place was beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and spotless. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful too.

We got a friendly welcome, and the apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. It's in a prime spot for a holiday. I'd happily recommend it.

Coming back in the evening through the little alleyways felt like stepping out of time. The house is only a few minutes on foot from the city center, so getting around was easy. It's a charming period property, from the 16th century according to the owner, and we had an unforgettable weekend there. Arianna, who is Venetian, welcomed us professionally and was available whenever we had questions. The amenities covered everything we could need, and cleanliness was impeccable. I recommend it without hesitation.
