We slept well and enjoyed watching the gondolas pass during the day. The apartment is an easy ground-floor walk-in, close to Rialto and Strada Nova, and the owner has thought of lots of details, including coffee for the machine. It was a bit chilly on October mornings because the seasonal heating wasn't on yet, and the Wi-Fi needed restarting every day.

The owners were delightful, cheerful, and accommodating, and there were excellent restaurants and shops close by. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and furnished with care. It's right on the water, away from the crowds, with a private dock for water taxis.

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment in an ideal spot for living like the Venetians, right beside the gondolas.
