Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so helpful that we'd gladly return to Venice and stay here again. Our room facing the canal was gorgeous and sumptuous, with comfortable beds and an impeccable clean throughout our two-night visit.

Murano made a peaceful base away from Venice's crowds, while still being easy to reach for a city break. The hotel is quiet and well placed, and the nearby trattoria is convenient without keeping you up at night. Welcoming, laid-back staff and spotless, comfortable rooms made the stay lovely.

Murano gets very quiet after about 6pm, which can be nice if you're looking to rest. We had a balcony over the main thoroughfare, and shutting the doors blocked most of the restaurant noise below. The bed was extremely comfortable, the A/C worked well, and breakfast was traditional Italian. One annoyance: the showerhead won't stay upright for more than half a minute, so I had to hold it up with one hand.

After busy, crowded Venice, it was great to return to Murano, which is a destination in its own right. The location beside one of the three lovely bridges over the channel is ideal. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. Nearly as good as it gets.

Service here deserves more than five stars. The staff really try to meet every need, and we'll definitely stay here again when we return to Venice. The hotel is also perfectly placed, just a two-minute walk from the water buses and taxis, with easy access to the airport.
