The owner and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was exceptional, and it’s close to Venice’s main and most important monuments.

The host left coffee, tea and a few other treats, which was a nice touch. This lovely two-bedroom apartment is in an area near St Marcs square. One bedroom has an ensuite, and there’s also a separate bathroom. I stayed here in April 2025 and really enjoyed it. Highly recommend.

Alessandro was a fantastic host and gave us helpful restaurant suggestions. The apartment was in a perfect location, very clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed, with some traditional touches too.

The Cielo room was bright, quiet and spotlessly clean. The family who run Nikki house, Luca, Alessandro and their very kind father, were incredibly helpful and had great recommendations. They even brought us extra soap when we asked. We loved staying here and will come back next time we’re in Venice!
