The room was clean and had the equipment we needed. We were on the fourth floor, facing the side of the building, so there wasn't much of a view, but it was peaceful at night and we slept well. The air conditioning worked properly, and we had no trouble with smells from outside or mosquitoes. During our three nights in July 2023, the staff were helpful and hospitable. Nothing to complain about.

We felt looked after throughout our three-night stay with our 20-month-old. The front desk team were welcoming, friendly, and especially kind with our little one. Our room was clean and roomy, and the shower had really strong pressure. The location made getting around easy, just a few minutes from both the main square and the Grand Canal.

The breakfast was amazing, and I really liked the hotel. Its central location meant we could walk everywhere. One thing to know before arriving: it's on St Marco island, so you'll need a ferry or water taxi. We weren't told that by the hotel, and getting there turned into a bad experience when a water taxi wanted 80 euros for a six-minute ride. The receptionist who checked us in could have been more considerate and helpful. Apart from that, I loved the place.

Our favorite hotel of the two-week Italy trip. We were upgraded to a luxurious king suite overlooking a canal and St. Marks, and it was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was clean and nicely equipped, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The location also made it easy to make the most of our time in Venice.

We were there for our honeymoon, and the room was spacious, clean, and nice. The front desk was very helpful with information and suggestions, and service was quick every day. Everything else was great, though breakfast was just average and the quality wasn't the best.
