Residenza Corte Antica

The hosts are lovely, breakfast was good, and everything felt right. The apartment is amazing and in a great spot, with a nice room and air conditioning that really works. In summer it cooled the room down quickly and saved the day.

Breakfast had everything we needed to get going, and the location was fabulous. We arrived early, and Radolfo met us and put our luggage in the room once it was ready. That was a big help since there's no elevator. He was warm and welcoming, very Italian in the best way. We had room "C" on the second floor, with breakfast served just outside the rooms on that floor. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfy bed and an extra pillow and blanket in the armoire. I liked the shutters, which let in light when open and kept the room dark at night when closed. It was October and the temperature was pleasant; the heating comes on automatically at a certain room temperature, and I was fine with the extra blanket instead. A couple of small things could be better: the bathroom in room C could use another hook, and I wish the towel warmer worked. Carrying your own luggage up and down the stairs is probably the main downside. Still, I'd stay here again. It was a really nice place.

The staff were welcoming and professional, and our breakfast was very nice. We stayed for two nights in June and loved our cozy, quiet, spotless room. The place is in a lovely spot by the Accademia and several Biennale art locations. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We liked being near the Accademia bridge because it put us outside the usual tourist areas, while keeping them easy to reach when we wanted. The owner was very kind and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, and breakfast very good. There's plenty to enjoy in the neighborhood within a short walk.
