Residenza de l'Osmarin Suites

My son and I stayed in the Sunshine suite apartment for three nights and wished we’d booked longer. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well located, and had a beautiful view. The host communicated clearly throughout and was very helpful, including going out of her way to assist me with something after we’d left. The website directions made the apartment easy to find. If I get back to Venice, I’d stay here again. 🌹🙏

We stayed in the valentine suite and got to watch three different fireworks displays from the terrace on New Year’s Eve. The view is fantastic even without fireworks, and the canal view checked off one of my Venice bucket-list wishes. The room was very clean and spacious, the host was kind, and the location worked perfectly. We could walk to everything we needed while still being far enough from the traffic to avoid feeling crowded. We’d come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Maria gave us a lovely welcome basket with breakfast and snack essentials, and she couldn’t have been more helpful when we arrived. The rooftop apartment was spacious and clean, with a roof garden where we could catch the afternoon sun and hear the gondolas go by. We stayed three nights. It’s a short walk from St Marks Square, close enough for convenience but away from the crowds and noise. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Maria ❤️

We’ve stayed twice, in March 2023 and April 2024, and are already looking forward to going back. Residenza L'Osmarin made our time in beautiful Venice extra special. The suite was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with lovely decor and everything we needed. Maria Elisabetta left a basket of provisions for us and said she was only a text away. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, where we could relax and watch the gondolas on the canal below. St. Mark's Square is a short walk away, while the location stays clear of the crowds.
