There was tea, cups, towels, a mini fridge and air conditioning in the room. It was cosy and clean, and the location near Mestre Station was ideal. We’d recommend it :)

We’ll definitely come back. It’s a great place right by the train station.

Apart from the shower being a bit cold and having low pressure, it was a great stay.

The owner was friendly and flexible about our check-in time, and the room was in a great spot, just a few steps from the station on the quiet side. The bathroom had quite a bit of dampness, though, and the cleaning could have been more thorough.

Jelena was always friendly and ready to help with anything, and the area was peaceful and quiet. The train station is a one-minute walk away, with trains to Venice taking 10 minutes and costing about €1. The place itself was a great find, with new facilities and modern decor. My bed was very comfortable, and I had a fridge, hairdryer, towels, shower gel, TV, air conditioning and more. The only downside for me was that the Wi-Fi sometimes ran very slowly, though I’m sure it can be fixed ;) I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice. Congratulations!
