We booked through eDreams and arrived at the VeniceILoveYou apartments, but found only a dark street. There was no customer service number and no way to reach anyone. We were stranded and had to find another hotel, which cost us a fortune. It was a horrible experience, especially not being able to contact anyone. A complete rip-off.
