We watched gondolas pass right outside, with the apartment overlooking two connected canals. It was airy and spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen and living room. The Rialto waterbus stop was only a three-minute walk away. Canal activity starts early in Venice, so we could hear deliveries and garbage collection from 7 a.m., but it didn't spoil our stay. I'd recommend it to friends without hesitation.

Lots of room, nice furnishings, and a great location. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a family room.

We arrived at 8 p.m., worn out from our previous stay, and found the apartment cold, rainy, and without heating. Nobody on staff answered the phone, so we were left alone with no help in what was supposed to be a luxury apartment for a luxury price. At 11 p.m. we finally checked into another hotel in Venice. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, don't book here. They charged us for the full stay and the taxes we'd prepaid, and we haven't seen a euro back. A complete disaster.
