A welcome bit of fresh air in Venice. There’s plenty of green space for a run or a picnic, plus sports courts.

The bathrooms weren't great, though they were fine for a short stay of a night or two. Some of the marina crew were keen to help, while others didn't seem as motivated. We had a mix of both. It's okay for a couple of nights, but honestly, I wouldn't pick this marina again.
