This was a very quiet ground-floor apartment, and we loved getting lost in Venice. We walked from here to the far end of the islands several times and back. Opening the living room window gave us a pleasant view over the Rio de San Girolamo, with the excellent restaurant "Very Good" and a fairly large supermarket just around the corner. My wife and I stayed for three nights around 8th October 2025. The apartment was nicely furnished and decorated, and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fabio and Marissa were respectful and quick to respond. The neighborhood was quiet, with a lovely view. Inside, the flat was clean and had the furniture and cleaning appliances we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. I'd highly recommend it. Thank you, Fabio and Marissa.
