It’s really convenient for Mestre station, with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had all the essentials, though there were no slippers or face tissues. One room had a sofa bed, and the pillow and quilt smelled of cooking fumes. One of the towels also had a mark that looked like a shoe print.

We had a nice couple of days here while traveling through Europe. The room and accommodations were really nice, much better than our Airbnb’s. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked well stocked, and the bathroom was lovely.

Rose Ahmed helped us arrange a taxi to the airport and even gave us a few extra hours while we waited, which was a lovely end to the stay. Earlier, Hind/Hinda made us feel at ease from check-in onward, helping with whatever we needed and sharing lots of useful advice about the city, trains, restaurants, and more. The host and receptionist were both welcoming, professional, and helpful. We had a great experience and highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were polite and helpful throughout, and the room had everything we needed. The location worked really well, with restaurants and a supermarket close by and Venice just a 10-minute train ride away. The downside was the noise from the road and train line next door, so light sleepers may want earplugs. Also, the sofa bed mattresses were quite thin and seem better for children under 10.
