The location was great, but the apartment wasn't being kept in proper condition. The service was poor, and extra demands came up after check-in. At first they asked us to leave a reasonable amount of rubbish, then later said we had to empty the bins. Check-out was listed as 10:30, but the cleaner came into the apartment at 10:00, interrupting our privacy and seeming eager for us to leave.

Giulio was great 😎. The place is very central and everything was fine. A perfect spot to stay in Venice.

A bottle waiting to welcome us was a nice touch. The person who showed us the way was lovely, and the location put us close to everything.

The host was easy to communicate with. The place was clean, close to the train station, and near a supermarket.

I felt completely alone after a burglary happened inside the property during my stay. There were no signs of a break-in, which made it even more unsettling, and the property offered no help afterward. I've never felt so vulnerable in a rental, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone concerned about their safety and peace of mind.
