We had a great stay in this clean city apartment. There’s room for up to five people, a balcony, and everything you need. It’s just a short walk into the city. A nice place to stay in Venice.

The air conditioning is great, and it’s a nice place overall. The terrace is very small and the plants were dead. There were a few technical issues, but they got sorted out after the weekend.

The apartment was clean and in a decent location, but it was generally poorly maintained. The sofa is very old, the towels are torn, and the balcony chairs are falling apart. The dishes were dirty, though guests are asked to wash them, so the cleaning standard is only adequate. The pillows are feather filled, which is a nightmare if you have allergies. There are also some unpleasant rules. They make you take the trash out early in the morning despite cleaning being included in the price, and threaten a fine if you don't. In winter the air conditioning won't go above 20 degrees, and in summer it won't go below 23. The rules say they'll check the meters and charge you the difference. Is that legal? There were no extra conditions when booking.

A pretty good spot for a short visit to Venice, about 800m from the Grand Canal.
