Getting around was easy, with a bus stop right outside and quick connections to central Venice. The apartment itself is modern, well furnished, and well kept, with a comfortable sofa bed, a main bed, and a large, clean shower. There’s a lift, and the team replies quickly on WhatsApp. They even let us extend our stay. The outside is discreet, though the area didn’t feel like the best place at night. We noticed a slight smoky smell in the rooms and assumed it came from previous guests who smoked. It’s also convenient for the airport. I’d recommend it to people visiting Venice, and I’d come back.

It’s handy having bus stops right by the hotel, with buses going straight to Venice or the airport. There are also a few supermarkets nearby and a McDonald’s. The room was well equipped and very clean, and the service was great. It’s easy to get in touch over WhatsApp. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re not planning to stay in Venice.

Getting to transport and shops was easy, so groceries were simple to pick up and traveling to Venice island was straightforward too. The stay felt calm and peaceful, and the place was clean and really comfortable. I had a great time there. I missed having a microwave and a smart TV, and the bed base was two single beds pushed together. The value seemed fair and it wasn’t too expensive, though I suppose it depends on how long you stay. I’d definitely return. Seems like a good fit for someone traveling alone or as a couple. Thanks again for a great stay!

A modern, lovely apartment I’d definitely stay in again. The bus stop right outside makes it easy to get to the airport and into Venice’s old town.

The apartment was spotless, and the owner made things easy by being helpful and accommodating. It’s well placed for getting into Venice. We had a lovely Valentine’s weekend and I’d happily recommend it.
