We booked two apartments at Ca' Mariele, and everything was excellent. The place was spacious and very clean, the staff attentive and kind, and the location couldn’t be better. Thanks for making our Venice stay unforgettable.

We loved staying here for several nights and would happily recommend it to families visiting Venice. The large, charming apartment is right in the city center, just a short walk from our orange line water taxi stop with Alilunga. There are stairs up to the room, and the location was easy to find. Check-in was simple, and the host was helpful and kind. We could leave our bags before check-in, though luckily the room was ready when we arrived, so we got in early. The host also answered my questions by email before the trip.

8/10
The apartment is centrally located and easy to find, with everything we needed within walking distance. The two-bedroom place was comfortable, and the location was excellent. It could use more cooking utensils for guests who want to make meals. Check-in was a bit chaotic, and we waited outside for a while without hearing from the provider. Once he arrived, though, he was very helpful.

The location was peaceful and great, and the place itself was very nice and clean. We got clear directions for getting there, and it was helpful that we could leave our luggage after checkout. The only downside was that the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but there was quite a lot of black mould in the toilet bowl, sink, and shower. The toilet seat was broken too. They fixed it on the second day after we asked.
