My 78-year-old dad, my 13-year-old son, and I spent three nights at the Ruzzini palace hotel venezia in a junior suite, and the stay exceeded what we expected. The hotel has an old Venice style with modern facilities. Our room was very clean and had a great view, and the staff were super nice. Dad didn't want to join us for dinner one night, so the staff kindly heated up his takeaway for him. The location is right in the center, just a few minutes' walk from the main island's attractions. We felt at home for those three days. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to all the staff at the Ruzzini palace hotel venezia!

The campo out front, with its lively cafes and statues, is a lovely spot to enjoy. The hotel itself is beautiful, with luxurious rooms, art, and a nice atmosphere. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including some dairy-free and vegan options. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and it's an easy base for exploring Venice.

The piazza right outside was wonderful, with local kids playing soccer, and there were a few restaurants nearby. The location was excellent, with water taxi pickup and drop-off that the hotel can arrange. Service was off the charts, and the room, bar, and staff were lovely. They were so accommodating, with no nickel and diming. This was the best part of our three-city trip to Italy. Can't wait to go back!

Our stay at the Ruzzini Palace Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and a very high standard, and the location was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging complimentary transport when the national strike affected us. Breakfast was delightful. Thank you, Ruzzini Palace.

The hotel, room, and staff were top-notch, and the location worked well for my wife and me. The staff were amazing, and our room was superb. Breakfast was mediocre, though, so I'd go elsewhere for that. We even passed our hotel during a gondola ride!
