We got a good room for the price, with a TV, iron, mini fridge, and towels. From the first floor you may hear pedestrians outside, and during our stay the Wi-Fi and AC each gave us trouble twice. The location is very good, with a view of the Strada Nove. The woman at reception was really helpful with suggestions for things to see and do around Venice.

There was plenty of room and the place was well equipped, especially for the price. The receptionist at check-in was fantastic and shared great tips for visiting Venice. Thanks for a lovely stay ❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had the basics we needed: cooking equipment, an iron, a hairdryer, and more. It's an acceptable place to stay, though not suited to anyone expecting luxury. The real selling point is the location, right on a central Cannaregio street and around a 15-20 minute walk from almost anywhere we wanted to visit. The accommodation itself was fine, but the photos had led me to expect more, and they may have shown a different apartment. The extractor fan didn't work. Also, the bathroom is up on a mezzanine, reached by a quite narrow, steep staircase, which wasn't very convenient. It was enough for our needs.
