Villa Erica & Villa Erica 1

The bus stop is only a minute away, and Venice is a 15-minute bus ride, which made getting into the city really simple. What made our stay at Villa Erica especially memorable was the host's care. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and each day there were fresh towels, tea, and bottled water. The apartment was always spotless, and it was clear our comfort mattered. I've never had such thoughtful service in an apartment-style place. It felt like home, and we left with great memories. I'm so glad we chose it, and would happily recommend Villa Erica to anyone visiting Venice.

The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, with cafes and bars nearby. We used the free coffee and cornetto voucher at a local cafe for breakfast and enjoyed it. The rooms were spacious, though close together, so we were lucky our neighbors weren't loud. We never met any staff, but the pin-code buzz-in made contactless check-in and check-out easy. The stay is a bit far from the train station, and the buses were unfortunately late. Buses to central Venice were on time, though, and the stops are close by. Central Venice isn't that far from here. Easy, casual stay for us.

Lucia was lovely and quick to respond whenever we got in touch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a little Bialetti espresso machine for that first coffee in the morning. There was also a voucher each for a croissant or Cornetto and coffee at a nice cafe around the corner. Getting to Venice was easy, about 10 min on one of three bus lines, with frequent buses until 11 pm. The airport is also about 10 min away by bus. A nice, clean base for visiting Venice.

In a quiet neighborhood near Venice and the airport, this was a lovely, clean place to stay. A few cafes and a couple of shops are close by. They were very friendly and gave us a voucher for brioche and cappuccino at a nearby cafe.
