The balconies look out over the sea, and the apartments are comfortable. We had a great stay, though there are a couple of drawbacks: staff don't speak English, and bed linen costs an extra 10 euros.

Maria Teresa was fantastic, and we had such a good time that we’ll definitely come back. The residence was spotless and well organized, with everything we needed. Its location is really convenient, and the sea view is breathtaking.

Maria Teresa was kind and attentive, and made us feel right at home. There’s an excellent restaurant across the street, and the recently built port is another nice addition. This little gem sits in a very convenient part of Ventimiglia, right on the seafront. It was our second visit to the Costa Templada, and we’ll be back again 👍🏻☺️

Mrs. Teresa is delightful, a woman from another era. The rooms were clean, and the village was quiet and lovely. It’s a superb spot for going on walks. We’ve just come back from a long weekend, and we’ll definitely return.

The room was quiet, sunny, warm, and clean, with every comfort and a wonderful sea view. Mrs. Teresa greeted us cheerfully and courteously, and our arrival felt welcoming right away. There are good restaurants in the area, including La Margunaira just across the street. Buses to nearby towns, including Sanremo, are also within walking distance. I highly recommend it.
