The room was comfortable and very clean, and I’d definitely stay again after my one-night visit. What made it special was the woman at reception. She was warm, kind, and so helpful, using her phone’s translator so we could chat. Even though we’d only just met, we were laughing like old friends. That’s how you make a guest feel welcome! ❤️

Everything was very clean, the air conditioning worked really well, and the location was great, right by the beach. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for me. The woman who served us was lovely and kind, but she didn’t speak English. The lady in the lobby used her phone translator, though, and was very nice and talkative.

The place was spotless and well kept, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice too. My room was supposed to have a sea view, but there wasn’t much of one. For the price, it felt very bare: just shampoo, tiny slivers of soap, weak shower pressure, and linens that seemed low quality and due for an update. The Wi-Fi never worked for me, and I didn’t have the patience to troubleshoot it. I used all my monthly data in four days, which was depressing. The hotel seemed to be bouncing back after covid, so I could forgive most of this, but maybe not the Wi-Fi. It was off-season, and many nearby restaurants were closed, so getting to where things were happening in town took about a 15-minute walk. Ventimiglia is a cool town, though, and the smooth rocky beach is really pretty.

The staff were warm and helpful, and the room was modern, clean, and nice, though a bit small for the price. Ventimiglia was already busy in mid May. It’s a great spot if you want to be near the beach, but a little farther from town.
