The website is the way to book directly. It's a gorgeous place right by the lake, with Verbania and Intra only a short walk or bike ride away. Highly recommend staying here.

The shared garden is lovely for relaxing, swimming, or having a BBQ. The apartment itself is wonderful, with amazing lake views, and it's only a short walk to the center of Pallanza.

A lovely, caring owner looks after this dream of a place. The villa has been made into holiday flats in a range of sizes, and they all share a fantastic lawn with direct access to the lake.

Working from home was easy for us here. We've returned to Villa Elena in spring, summer, and autumn over the years, and have loved it every time. A real hidden gem on the lake, truly a dream.

Christiana gave us very friendly, detailed information about the apartment and parking, thank you! We stayed in this beautiful old villa with its large garden in Pallanza, right by the lake. Our apartment had an enormous balcony, about 100 sq m, and a fantastic lake view.
