Having parking right at Hotel Santanna was a big help, especially so close to the center of Verbania. The walk to the lake and restaurants is short, and the hotel still feels quiet. We were in Rm 101, which was clean, cozy, and simply furnished, with a very large bathroom and a modern walk-in shower. The receptionist was warm and helpful, with good local suggestions, and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. A really comfortable, easy stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the accommodation had the basics we needed. We got there at 10 pm, after check-in had closed at 9, but they left a key for us and let us do the check-in in the morning. I really appreciated that. Breakfast costs 7 euros.

I stay here often for work and have never been let down. The rooms are always spotless, and I especially like the balcony view from the second floor. Reception is helpful and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend.

The hotel restaurant served good food, and the service at dinner was quick and attentive. I also appreciated the friendly staff, clean room, and free parking. The rates are very competitive for what you get, so it's great value. Highly recommended.

A good, affordable hotel just a short distance from the town centre. I'd recommend it.
