Casa Di Nonna

We’d definitely recommend Casa de Nonna to friends and family. The house was gorgeous, and everything felt clean and peaceful. Our host was lovely, spoke English, and gave us ideas for things to see around town. The B&B itself was beautiful and spacious.

The breakfast offer was just a voucher for a cappuccino and croissant at the bar. But the bigger problem was the cold: even with the split unit running all night, the room never got above 15-16 degrees Celsius. The place I was given looked nothing like the photos on the various platforms, more like a rundown bungalow mixed with a motel. The rooms were dated and poorly maintained. A terrible stay, probably the worst B&B I’ve ever experienced.

The bathroom for my room was across the living room, but it was spacious and clean. My room was also very nice and tidy, with a kettle, herbal teas, and bottles of water. Sergio was kind and helpful. The location worked especially well for my work trip to Vercelli, close to both the train station and the city center.

The welcome was warm, and there’s private parking. It’s very close to the city center. The master bedroom has air conditioning and decor from another era, which makes it quite original. The smaller bedroom is basic and practical, and doesn’t have air conditioning.
