The room was great, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The spa facilities were excellent too. Five out of five, an amazing place I’d recommend.

The spa was fantastic, with plenty of fresh towels and really pleasant detox drinks. I also liked the carefully put-together breakfast, especially the hot items made to order. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A quiet, clean four star hotel with a mountain feel. The staff are polite, breakfast is generous, and the spa is very good. It’s a lovely place to unwind and recharge, and two or three days there feels like therapy for stress. I’d recommend it to couples or families.

The themed rooms were lovely and clean, and the whole stay felt warm and enjoyable. The resort has a spa with a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. Dinner was wonderful too, with lots of interesting flavors and a huge wine tasting.

The staff were so gracious and personable, and incredibly accommodating. A tunnel closure made us arrive very late, but they came in and opened up for us early. We also left some personal things behind, and they shipped them all the way back to the States. Cozy, charming, and picturesque. We’ll be back!
