The sea on one side and Vernazza on the other made the views from the three terraces spectacular. The apartment was spotless and felt luxurious, and Manuel was kind, friendly, quick to answer messages, and there whenever we needed help. We liked it enough to come back for a third stay, this time for a few days. Thank you for another lovely time in Vernazza. Collette & Vincenzo

Getting here was easy, and our host was a big help with our luggage at the station. It's a great spot in Vernazza. We'd love to return and would highly recommend staying here.

The owner was so helpful, even arranging a date for the PCR test in Genoa that we needed before going back to France. Our dog was welcome, the room was lovely, and the terraces were great. It all went beyond what we expected.

After the day-trippers leave, the village has a special feel to it. From one balcony you look straight out at the sea, and from the other you can watch life in the village. We felt very comfortable, and Manuel was easy to reach in person or on WhatsApp. There are 25 steps up from the village street, plus more inside to the second floor where the apartment is. Some sources say 100 steps, but that's not the case.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We weren't told that the bathroom was separate from the room, which made it inconvenient to use. It was tiny, the shower was small and dirty, and there was no liquid soap or wastebasket. The room also needed a wastebasket. The TV wasn't cable, which also hadn't been mentioned. When I raised these problems, I was told "nothing or nothing" and insulted. It was a terrible experience.
