The location made getting between the train and the coast an easy walk, and there’s a lovely cafe and market right next door. They serve great breakfast and lunch, and the staff are kind and hardworking. Our room was larger than expected, spotless, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was just as clean, with a charming balcony and a good view, and the AC worked well. Giulia replied quickly when I messaged about arriving and gave me an exact time for someone to let us in. A great choice for a night or two in Vernazza.

The room was clean, but shower water spilled out and left the toilet wet for the rest of our stay. We couldn't get the room warm. When we asked for help, the owner complained that we were “disturbing her.” The towels were paper-thin, like tissues, and the sheets felt like hand towels. I hope this isn't what Vernazza hospitality is like.

No views from the rooms, but the place was clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. They also left basic bathroom supplies, simple snacks, and hot drinks. To get into the building, ring the bell at the main entrance, between Post Office & Pirate Restaurant.

You can hear every step outside, and the room is small. Still, the bathroom was really clean, the water felt so fresh, and the stay was great overall.

Clean, pleasant rooms, and a handy base for exploring Cinque Terre.
