The tea setup at breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen, and there was great bread too. The rest of breakfast had plenty of variety and good quality, though the coffee could be better. The hotel is handy for Lake Garda activities and Aquardens, and there’s a laundromat and small mall within walking distance. The nearby gym gives hotel guests a small discount. I liked the large, pretty room and its classic look. An updated shower would be welcome, though the thick towels and nice soaps and lotions were lovely. The lobby decor feels classic but still fun, and the staff were kind, polite, and helpful. It’s very dog friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Parking right outside can be a bit difficult, though I think there are extra spaces underground. The refurbished interior has a distinctive decorative style, and the staff were attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was a real highlight, with four kinds of croissants, lots of bread and spreads, fresh deli items and cheese, plenty of fresh fruit, coffee, and a broad tea selection. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a great stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and fresh. I liked the tasty, traditional Mediterranean breakfast, though it leaned more toward sweet choices. Still, for a **** hotel, the policy seems to cover only the bare minimum: they didn’t even provide a bottle of water. The TV looked like a monitor from the 90s, and the elevators sometimes meant waiting several minutes. I’d also had confirmation of a double bed, but my request wasn’t honored. It’s a very nice hotel, which makes those things a pity.
