Agriturismo La Perlara

The people running the place are super nice, and you can ask them anything. The service was the best. The rooms are cozy and lovely, with everything you need. We spent last summer here, and my best friend and I absolutely loved our stay at La perlara, up on the mountain with that magnificent view over Verona. In the evenings we'd order pizza, sit back, and watch the sunset. The pool was amazing, with one deeper side for swimming and another where you could sit or just dip your feet. There were lawn chairs all around, each with a little sunscreen you could pull down for reading or shade on your face. Breakfast was delicious, made by them with their own olive tree oil. The little dog was adorable and would come say hello when we sat outside, and the cat was friendly too. One practical thing, bring a car if you can. The buses only come about three times a day, early in the AM, just after midday, and in the evening. We often used them, so it can be done, but driving down the hill is easier. When we missed the bus, we took taxis from verona to La perlara. I'd love to come back, hopefully soon.
