The hotel is right in the historic old town, just steps from the main sights, yet tucked away from the busy center and very quiet. We loved the decor: old wooden ceilings, exposed stone, furniture, lighting, and paintings all gave it a warm, cozy feel and reflected the city’s history. Both our room and the rest of the property were very clean and well equipped. The staff we met were kind, polite, and knowledgeable. The woman serving breakfast each morning deserves a special mention. Her warmth, care for the details, and love for her work made our stay even more special. Breakfast was plentiful and amazing, with hot dishes, cold cuts, fruit, pastries, and homemade cakes that changed daily. Albergo Mazzanti is a lovely small hotel that left a lasting impression. We’d love to return and can’t recommend it enough. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful stay!

We had trouble finding the hotel, but a kind older woman we asked for directions walked there with us. It was such a lovely moment of kindness. They were just putting up the Christmas decorations, which made the lounge feel especially warm and charming. A delightful hotel.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was spotless, the location was excellent, and our room was spacious and comfortable. A fantastic stay that I’d happily recommend.

We had a really pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, and the place is central but tucked away on a quiet little lane. You can walk everywhere. The woman serving breakfast was super nice and friendly.
