It’s a low-priced place, so I’d suggest it to people who can manage with a few shortcomings, like young travelers who want to keep costs down and stay near the center. The location is very convenient, a few minutes from Verona Arena, and the area is quiet. The apartment itself was disappointing, though. Our room was a little dirty, all guests have to share the single bathroom, and breakfast was decent but quite limited.

Don’t go back! I paid through Booking.com, but the owner then talked me into paying cash and said the online payment would be refunded. I’m still waiting for that refund. The bathroom was shared and not very clean, and the room was cold. Plugging in a hairdryer cut the electricity, and the neighbors were noisy. We arrived long after check-in was supposed to be over, but the place was still in a mess, with blankets on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t available, and the owner was nowhere to be seen when we checked out. Bye!

I’m giving one star because the site won’t let me write zero. Stay away from this B&B. The room itself was beyond reproach, but the bathrooms should be reported to the local health authority. I’ll leave it there. I also don’t understand how this business still has a license. And don’t let anyone take your car, supposedly to park it. Mine was used improperly, as shown by the eight fines I received about two months later. They were issued at times when the car was meant to be in the supposed covered parking lot. If you booked through Booking, don’t cancel there because of the many excuses they’ll give to get you to pay on site. I ended up paying twice. Booking didn’t refund me, even though I got a cancellation confirmation email. The email hadn’t gone through the Booking portal. How that happened, I have no idea, but that’s what I experienced.

The center is nearby, which is the only good thing about this place. My room was cold, poorly lit, and the breakfast was quite meager. Then, two months later, I got three fines for driving in a restricted traffic zone. The owner had assured us that he registered our license plate, but when we contacted him about the fines, he showed no interest in helping. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
