We had a great stay and would come back. The balcony had a great view, and the rooms were clean. The owner was friendly and enjoyable to talk with when we met him, and they were happy to provide anything we needed. The place is on the second floor, first floor in Italy, conveniently close to shops, groceries, and attractions. My brother recommended it and stayed in the room next to ours. Our double bedroom felt a bit cramped because the second bed was a fold-out sofa, which took up a lot of the available space. I imagine most people wouldn't have that problem. There's a very small fridge, which could be bigger, though it would probably suit most people. Water from the shower seems to be affecting the floor, but it isn't a real problem yet. Hopefully they fix it before it becomes one.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really helpful with everything we needed in Verona. It's easy to get around from here, with the bus to the main train station nearby and tourist spots an easy walk away. There's also a supermarket not far off, and check-in was simple. Great location and staff.

Francesco stayed in touch, sorted out any issues, and gave us excellent tips for restaurants and attractions. We had a wonderful stay at Arena Suites. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a nice bathroom. Piazza bra was only a short walk away, so the location was perfect. I strongly recommend Arena Suites for a Verona visit.

We only wished we'd booked a longer stay. The room was spacious, clean, and as advertised, and we loved the reading spot with its chair and ottoman. The pillows were the best of the 9 hotels we stayed at on this trip, memory foam rather than the throwaway kind. The hosts were great, replying to questions in 10 mins or less, and their restaurant recommendations and other tips were all good. It's just a stone's throw from Piazza Bra. Check-in was self-service but quick and smooth. We used one of their parking boxes without trouble, though getting down the alley is tight. We had a Fiat Panda and barely had room for error. If I come back to Verona, I'd book here again without hesitation, and I highly recommend it.
