Attico Ai Cedri

The house smelled like smoke, there was no toilet paper, and not even a bottle of water. The worst part was leaving a pair of shoes in the apartment. I told the owner on checkout day, but they disappeared. Shameful!

This was the worst accommodation I’ve booked through Agoda. Travelers, especially people from other countries, may be unfamiliar with finding directions, checking in, changing SIM cards, and so on. When you travel, there’s a good chance you won’t reach your planned destination on time. They cut off contact completely and wouldn’t let us into the hotel because we didn’t use their preferred Viki check-in method or arrive by their chosen time of 9:15 PM. Of course, they kept all the accommodation fees. ^^;; This place is only about making money, not about travelers. It isn’t worth even one star.

We had plenty of room for our family, and the large kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the room was industrial, and the neighborhood wasn’t great either. Verona was too far away to walk to. Check-out took a bit longer, but 10 a.m. was too early. They also ask you to fill out too much information in advance and send a lot of sensitive details, like your passport.

I was there for two days on a work trip. The property was really nice and spotlessly clean, and the owner was kind and very helpful. The location worked well for me coming from the train station. I’ll definitely be back.
