The service was friendly, and the room had enough space for three people. The location is really good if you’re coming for the opera. Still, we couldn’t get warm water in the shower, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room when it was 36 degrees outside.

The owner was kind and very helpful, always ready to offer support and useful information. We had no issues during our stay in this clean, cozy apartment, and it had everything we needed. Its spot in the heart of the city, just steps from the Arena, made it easy to explore Verona on foot. We’d highly recommend it for a few days in Verona.

The one drawback was that the shower water never got very hot. Apart from that, the owners were helpful with everything and always available, and the two-room apartment was clean, well maintained, and had all the comforts we needed. The bathroom and bedroom were comfortable. The living area felt a bit cramped with the beds unfolded, since there were four of us, but it was still usable. We also found basics like salt and coffee. The apartment is in a very central but quiet spot on a dead-end internal street. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the station and from the largest, closest free parking lot. Definitely recommended for the price.
