Caution! I stayed in a ground-floor room the night of 28/29.06.2025 and killed three bedbugs before going to bed. I still found marks on my skin in the morning. The room looked clean, but it shares a bathroom with the other ground-floor room.

Luigi & Marcos were great operators, and the breakfast and coffee were really good. My room was very comfortable, with impressive little decorative touches. The property is in the heart of Verona, with easy access to everything a traveler might be looking for. An excellent place to stay. Highly recommend a visit if you're passing through.

The breakfast setup was a complete joke. The tea bags seemed to be for decoration since there was no way to boil water, the coffee machine didn't work, and finding anything meant airing out the cupboards. The fridge looked like a children's playground, there were only five knives in total, and if you arrived after other guests, you had to wash the plates, cups, and cutlery yourself. There's no reception. The room with a bathroom was moldy, while guests who booked without a bathroom had to share the only rooftop toilet and shower with everyone else. We booked this hostel-style accommodation after seeing all the positive Tripadvisor reviews and stayed one night, but we won't return or recommend it. At 90 EUR, including 5 EUR tourist tax for two people, it was a complete rip-off. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

I booked a room with two beds and planned to add a friend in the Airbnb app. At 23:00, the host was extremely rude and told us to leave the apartment. We were scared and left. The host refused to refund my money and sent me this message: “you have shown yourself to be disrespectful and arrogant. you should be ashamed! be careful on the road…. at this time then!!!!!”
