Casa Perlar

The owner was always friendly and ready to help. The house and room were lovely, and both the city centre and Adigeo shopping mall are close by. And there are two gorgeous dogs, which was a bonus.

I found the place unhygienic, and even the sheets smelled filthy. The owner was intrusive and didn't stick to agreements. The bathroom outside the room wasn't part of the contract, but she uses it. I was in there when she came with a second key and tried to unlock the door repeatedly without knocking. I found that really rude. For me, this place was a complete nightmare and one to avoid.

We weren't given a receipt, and the place was dirty and messy. The sheets had visible food residue, and the bathroom had apparently not been cleaned after the previous guest. It wasn't in the room as promised in the reservation, but far away and mostly shared, with a glass door. On top of that, the lady mistakenly cancelled our reservation at 11 PM the night before. We managed to clear that up, but I absolutely wouldn't stay here. It felt unprofessional.

We can't say how our colleagues found the stay, since we haven't had a chance to ask them. What we can say is that the owner seems unwilling, if not opposed, to providing receipts. We've asked repeatedly and are still waiting three months later. If you need paper documentation, we wouldn't recommend this place.
