DiMoras House

The location is perfect, just three minutes from the Arena, with lots of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. Having an espresso machine in the room made it feel homey. We were given the wrong room number, though, and only realized late at night when we tried the door and heard the keypad on the opposite room beeping. It would’ve been awkward if someone had been inside. Also, if noise bothers you, be aware: we were unlucky to have a neighbor screaming and laughing until 2:00am.

Antonio, Ruan, and the other Antonio were all so friendly and helpful. Antonio was an amazing host, and the communication and replies were quick. It’s only a few minutes to the arena, restaurants, and attractions, with a very nice supermarket next door that stays open long hours every day. The train station is about a 15-20 minute walk. The room was basic but comfortable, with a fridge, kettle, espresso machine, and coffee and tea. There was no street noise. The rooms do share a hallway, though, so people coming and going can disturb you a bit. It wasn’t much of an issue for us.

My mother stayed at DiMoras House for several weeks and was very well looked after. The place was clean and welcoming, and Antonio, who manages the rooms, was dependable, caring, and always available. I can’t recommend him and the place enough. Thank you!

The host never replied when we asked for a refund. We didn’t get the lovely room shown in the photos, just a tiny all-white room in very poor condition. Look at the pictures.
