Right in the middle of the old town, the hotel has a great location, with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are simple and small, but totally fine for a couple of days in the city. The price was good, too.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Aurora in Verona. The breakfast spread had plenty to choose from, including fresh juice, coffee, fruit, bread, sweets and eggs. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and made us feel right at home. Our room was on the small side, but comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely bathroom. Best of all, it looked over Piazza delle Erbe, a beautiful view to wake up to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Hotel Aurora to anyone visiting Verona.

The terrace faces piazza Erbe, and I loved having breakfast there. It's a family-owned hotel in the best location in Verona, with a clean room and great service.

The breakfast was really nice, with lots of options, and the woman serving it kept replacing anything that ran out and checking if we needed something. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly lovely and helpful. Even though Hotel Aurora is right in the busy centre of the old town, our room was quiet and we slept fantastically. It's a lovely, solid hotel, and it exceeded our expectations.

The staff were very friendly and there's nothing actually wrong with the hotel, but I wouldn't call it nice. For Americans, it's a lot like a Best Western. The location is great. They offer free breakfast, but I wouldn't bother with it. I'd try Caffe Borsari instead.
