Indigo Verona – Grand Hotel des Arts

We had a relaxing two nights at Hotel Indigo Verona. Elisabeta greeted us so warmly that we felt at ease right away. Breakfast had excellent food and a calm atmosphere, much like the rest of the hotel. It's on the edge of the city centre, so it was peaceful but still easy to reach the sights and restaurants for dinner. I'd gladly come back to Verona and stay here again.

We'd definitely choose Hotel Indigo again if we're back in Verona. Mara Ose took great care of us from the start, and James made delicious drinks that added a lot to our evenings. The whole visit was excellent, and we'd highly recommend it. From arrival onward, the staff made us feel special, paid attention to the details, and were always ready to help. They even sorted out transportation for us, which made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The room, service, and food were all excellent, and the hotel itself was very tidy. We had booked a balcony room, though it was fairly small and the view wasn't as nice as we'd expected. Being on the main downtown street also meant morning noise. For the price, I wouldn't recommend choosing the balcony room.

The staff were so helpful with dining suggestions, which came in handy with dozens of restaurants around. The property is spotless and very well cared for. Just outside the old town walls, it's easy to explore while staying away from the crowds. It's also ideally placed for a short walk to both the train station and Piazza Bra. I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Verona.
