The room problem kept happening throughout my three days there. I was locked out every day and moved between three different rooms, which made the whole holiday stressful and chaotic. On the last night, I couldn't get into Room 202 at all. The lock was so faulty that a locksmith had to destroy the door, and I only got back inside at midnight. I spent four hours waiting and trying to get help. Remote support was inconsistent, and some staff gave me wrong instructions. I had to keep pushing before anyone finally sorted it out. In the meantime, I missed paid activities and, while ill and dealing with period pain, couldn't reach my medication or get somewhere safe to rest. The delays cost me money and caused real physical discomfort. It ruined my trip to Verona.

The flat was lovely and clean, and the access codes arrived with plenty of time to spare. The admin was good too. We did run short on coffee, though. There wasn't enough for each of us for both days, so we had to go without.

We could walk pretty much everywhere from this place, and it felt like home. We had a problem with the room at check-in, but they fixed it quickly. We loved our stay.

There was major street construction right outside the entrance, and the studio itself wasn't comfortable either. It was dark, there were ants, and a strong smell lingered the whole time. We found hair when we arrived, and the kitchen area clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. With no outlet by the bed, we had to stretch an extension cord across the room. We contacted customer service several times, but the replies weren't helpful.
