The room was spotless and enormous for what we paid, and the whole stay left me really happy. It felt much closer to a four-star hotel than a two-star one. The hotel is in a great part of Verona, and the woman there was so welcoming, even leaving chocolates and sweets in our bedroom. She also offered maps and other help. I'd gladly come back.

8/10
The rooms were much larger than I expected, and the place felt safe and comfortable. There are two shared bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus a coffee bar and water station. Wi-Fi was decent, and most of the main sights are walkable. The street below gets busy and noisy. Maybe staff were having an off day, or there was a language barrier, but a friendlier welcome would've been nice. During the day, the cleaning staff played music loudly and took speakerphone calls at whatever volume they liked.

Getting directions to my 80-year-old dad was a real challenge, but the staff helped so much that it all became easy. I'm very grateful for their care, concern, and excellent service.

The room was very nice and breakfast had plenty of variety. The location is great, and the receptionist was excellent, sharing useful information before we even had to ask, from sights to see and breakfast choices to where to leave our luggage after checkout. Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean, and the location made it extremely easy to reach most attractions.
